Features
- Gear couplings are compact and lightweight relative to their transmitted power and generate minimal noise and vibration even at high rotational speeds.
- Even if some shaft misalignment occurs during installation or operation, the coupling automatically compensates for it, protecting mechanical components while delivering high torque. Internal lubrication enhances the wear resistance of the gears.
- Suitable for high-load and high-speed operation.
- Can be used even in applications requiring sliding motion during rotation.
- Ideal for cases where a long shaft distance requires a connecting intermediate shaft.
- Large and special types can also be manufactured.

Variants

NGG
- Composed of two gear hubs and two sleeves.
- Compensates for angular and axial misalignment.
- Applications: cranes, conveyors, etc.

NGA
- Equipped with an additional spacer.
- Customizable spacer length to accommodate various shaft distances per customer specifications.
- Allows maintenance of the coupling without moving connected equipment.
- Applications: cranes, steel mill equipment, etc.

NGE
- Composed of one gear hub and one sleeve.
- Applications: industrial equipment, pumps, etc.

NGGB / NGGD
- Equipped with brake drum and disc options.
- Applications: cranes, hoists, etc.
