Free Replacement Service
Through our special service policy, customers who purchase “consumables as a package” for periodically replaced items are eligible for a free replacement service. Travel expenses are excluded and can be provided upon request. This reduces replacement costs and enables convenient, economical operation. Customers who purchase individual consumables can also receive on-site replacement with a nominal service charge. We’ll continue to deliver quicker and better service.

Our unique BEFORE policy enables safe, stable operations and prevents risk in advance.
In particular, a Long-Term Maintenance Service contract with product purchase provides multiple services that
reduce your maintenance costs and dramatically improve equipment operation.
Before Service Free annual inspection- For three years after installation, variable speed fluid couplings receive one free regular inspection per year to keep initial performance stable. Travel expenses are excluded and can be provided upon request.
Preventive Maintenance-
We perform preventive maintenance not only on our own couplings but also on all overseas brands at reasonable cost. We disassemble, inspect, replace consumables, and recommission to restore original performance.
As a design-and-build manufacturer, we can design and produce individual parts even without drawings for overseas products.

Long-Term Maintenance Contracts-
With a long-term maintenance contract at purchase, you receive a range of complimentary services. Contract terms can be tailored for 5 or 10 years.
Bundling multiple facilities into an integrated long-term contract increases management efficiency and reduces cost—an optimal solution for a stable operating environment. Contract customers also receive one free annual site tour inspection and on-time complimentary replacement of consumables.
